Manager was helpful. Beds were comfy. Room was clean.

No hot water on 1st night. Fron desk employee said there was nothing he could do and left it at that. I was not impressed. When we returned that evening, we learned hot water heater broke. It was fixed n we had hot water that night.

This is a very clean and well-maintained hotel located in Kirkwood MO, 18 minute drive to downtown St. Louis. The hotel is modern and kept very neat. The staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, with a person attending.

I loved that this hotel was much more refreshed, accessible to downtown St.Louis and allowed multiple eating options compared to other comparable hotels in this class. The staff was helpful and everything was pleasant.
Negatives:
I would love to see to better water pressure and temperature in the bathroom

Close to stores and restaurants. Super friendly staff and good breakfast.

The only negative were that the drain in the tub went back up and there was no microwave in the room.

I love the style of this hotel. Theres beautiful, interesting art/decor everywhere. Makes it feel like a much more expensive hotel than it is. And the breakfast is pretty good.

No hot water in the shower. When we called the front desk we were told to wait 20 minutes. We tried that and still no hot water. The next morning we tried again and once again no hot water.
