Old never updated from the 80s place is nasty dirty and way over priced - never again !! Spend your money elsewhere a lot better places at the lake that’s way more updated that’s &60 per night cheaper

First room wasn’t cleaned yet, then the second room had vomit & bugs everywhere. The location of both rooms didn’t have a comfortable vibe to them not even for the price I was paying for one night. Spoke with Robert & asked nicely just for money back because I was over it already but he insisted we stayed since it was our first time there & offered an upgraded room at no cost to us if I liked it/if it was cleaned etc. So I check the room out & it was worth the amount I paid for the first room & we also got a food voucher. I’m glad I stayed & happy that Robert was able to earn my business. Thank you Robert!!

The staff were awesome and very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal! The gardens were beautiful too. The spa services were great as well.

The shower was terribly week and there was constant noise above us even though we were in the 4th floor.

I felt the overall condition of the 4th floor was lacking in upgrades and cleanliness.I would not recommend this hotel.

We live about 3 hours from the hotel. We went for our 20th Anniversary and the only thing we wanted to do was to sit in a hot tub all day.. Well the hot tub was under construction and was closed. That could have been disclosed to us and was not.

It was my husband’s birthday weekend so I chose Lodge of the Four Seasons for a nice staycation. We stayed in Jr. Suite and the room met all our expectations!!! The onsite restaurant HK’s is phenomenal I highly recommend having dinner there:
