A lot of things, get rid of the video call to talk to the front desk, update your website to show you are more of a weekly or monthly place not a business hotel. Also there was NO pool or breakfast. My biggest complaint is that I was told I am ion a roll in shower room, wrong it had a tub and not even a hose for the shower head. Also the shower chair that was supplied wasn't even the correct style to safely use in a tub and one leg was bent. The hotel is totally unacceptable.

Nothing. This place was disgusting. It is being falsely advertised. The advertised gym is permanently closed. The advertised pool is permanently closed. There is a reason why there are no refunds.

The smell of the room was vile. I booked for 5 days and stayed in the room 30 mins. I left and got another hotel a mile away. Tried to get a refund but there aren't any. Do not stay here!

Booked the room for 4 people as stated but only given 2 towels. No sheets or blankets for extra bed. When asked at the virtual check in and asked for blankets and towels for the 2 extra members were not provided any. The room was non smoking but still smelled like it. Never stay here
