No staff at front desk and access to motel (lobby and back door) unsecured and unmonitored at all hours. Our key cards were canceled every evening and we had to get new ones daily. There was a breakfast area with tables/chairs but nothing except coffee.

DID NOT LIKE THE HOTEL FIRST THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER VERY RUDE AND SMOKING IN THE LOBBY AND IN THE HALLS AND THE MANAGER WITH A TANK TOP SHIRT AND WE HAD TO RING A DOOR BELL AND JUST VERY RUDE .

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT TGE EMPLOYEES AND THE MANGER WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE ROOM THE WINDOW WAS OPEN THE SCREEN IS BROKEN AND THE BEDS ARE DIRTY AND THE FLOORS VERY DIRTY AND THE BATHROOM AND THE WALLS VERY DITY WITH HAND STAIN AND THE OUTLETS VERY DANGEROUS AND SPECIAL FOR A BABY AND THE TUB WAS VERY DIRTY AND I BROUGHT MY CLEANING PRODUCT AND THE WATER CAME OUT VERY BLACK AND THE FLOOR WAS FILLED WITH HAIR AND DOG HAIR. AND I HAVE PICTURES AND NOTHING LIKE YOU GUYS ARE SHOWING. AND WE ENDED UP GETTING OUT OF THE HOTEL AND GOING TO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO ANYONE DONT PUT THIS ON YOUR APP AND IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THE NO STARS AND THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS IT SHOULD BE CLOSE DOWN AND BOOKING.COM DON'T PUT THIS ON YOUR APP BECAUSE ITS UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. OH AND ALL THE LIGHT HAD BUGS AND UNSAFE .

There was no breakfast offered. It was easy to get to & was very easy to check in. We were tuning pianos in Wellsville so had to stay overnight in the area since we live a good distance from the town. We'll be staying there again next trip.

Tv didn’t work. When I complained the owner came to my room and said it was fine just an internet issue. But the coaxial was obviously broken so when I went back up he was very rude partly due to his screaming kids he had there behind a locked door

The original room that my daughters were supposed to be in. The door couldn’t be locked. It smelled and the window had been left open. They were moved to another room which worked out fine.
When making the reservations the description stated that the hotel had breakfast but this wasn’t the case and it had been that way for some time. Very disappointing.
