Negatives: No complaints. Other the. They stopped serving food to early

Negatives: Property needs some major remodeling. They didn't clean under bed. Mold in the bathroom. Mismatched carpet in room

Negatives: Rooms had bed bugs. When our children were moved to another room that room had signs of dead bugs and they had to sleep all together in one bed. Women’s thongs were found in a table drawer. The toilet seat was broke and tiles were coming up in the bathroom. The door to the balcony was broke and would not lock. There was very little selection of food from the restaurant. They had nothing in stock.

Negatives: Falling apart whoever was remodeling was doing a very terrible terrible job.

Negatives: The hotel was pretty dated, but it did look like they were making some improvements.

Negatives: The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The bathroom needs work, paint peeling in the shower on the ceiling/walls. We were unable to watch television because the internet wasn’t working properly. We reported this to the front desk and they were very nonchalant. The internet was on in the morning before we checked out.

Negatives: The staff was rude, the placed smelled. (Mainly the lobby, guessing it was their unclean fountain) The first room was bad. Broken doors, mold in the shower, gaping cracks in the ceiling, ransom fluids of unknown substance sprayed across the wall. Old popcorn in the dresser and when I sat in the bed. The unsecured headboard smacked the wall. So let the lobby know my room was unacceptable and the gave me another room. BIG MISTAKE! The second room looked like something you would get from an hourly rate. I tried so hard the accept the state of the rooms and just get some sleep. Then the music started sounded like a dance studio above me. I went up a floor to see what was going on and to my surprise the music wasn't even comming from the room directly above me. It was one floor up and 2 rooms down the hall. I complained once again. And the turned it down slightly. It was at this point I gave up and decided to go to another hotel.
