Most items were fine. Large tub and water was hot not just warm. Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The scrambled eggs were awful! Tasted like sawdust with sand. The sausage was greasy.

Positives:
Good breakfast for a motel. Juice tasted fresh-squeezed.
Had an accessible room and it was well equipped.
Lots of pillows and adequate bedding.
Good selection of coffee and tea.
Negatives:
Why is the bed so high? Had to “jump” in.
A bit noisy near the interstate, but that really did not bother us at all.

Electric outlet in our room did not work. TV kept going to no signal. Hot tub was cracked in cement and bathroom had holes that was filled with foam coating in swimming area. They had sharp edge screws on flooring of swimming area and hot tub area. I will not be bringing any of my family back to that dump. Wasted my $400 on nothing but a disappointment place.. didn't take pictures.. wish I would have.. this place need a make over..

Positives:
The renovations. The 'newness' of everything. The BIG deal was the pool and hot tub. I was specifically looking for hotel with a pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfy. My wife even complimented the sheets. Craving a couple cans of Coke, I went down to the lobby, grabbed 'em, Karthik simply put 'em on my card a few minutes later. That's convenience. They had other facilities that we didn't end up using like the washer/dryer. Breakfast was more too, more than your average free breakfast, at least that I've experienced at other hotels.
Negatives:
Nitpicking here, because this was fine, but the hot tub could've been slightly hotter. Then again, we stayed during some very cold temps and that can affect pool/hot tub temps.

Positives:
I appreciated the fact that the property was right off off the highway. The beds were the only thing we cared (comfort wise) for in the room and those weren't the cleanest once thoroughly checked .
Negatives:
First things first, the cleanliness was not great. Our toilets had what seemed like dried up blood or feces on the front of it. After reviewing it further, I realized the complete toilet was gross... equipped with a dirt ring in the center of the bowl lid. Floor throughout was gross the one elevator in the establishment was absolutely filthy. Hotel rooms has a strange odor as well. Similar to mildew .
I didn't appreciate them giving out room to another person but it is what it is. Check in was easy though so there's that.
