Positives:
Desk managers were friendly and responsive, especially the night manager. Maintenance person fixed the toilet water tank problem. Breakfast available in lobby. Bed mattress was comfortable.
Negatives:
Toilet water tank leaked. Room didn’t have a hairdryer or coffee maker. Room was near the hall ice machine which was noisy. Duct tape on furniture to cover laminate that must have been peeling. Upholstered chair could use a cleaning

I liked the friendliness of staff, the pool was nice. It was close to a grocery store, several banks, and several fast food places.
Negatives:
Continental breakfast was gross and almost gone by 30 minutes after it started at each of my stays. The pool and hot tub had too many chemicals. Which burnt our skin.

Location right off interstate.
Negatives:
There been some improvement but parking lot still needs repairs. Got to room bathroom was clean but strong bleach smell. Went to use microwave still had a old McDonald's sandwich in it. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Also cable or satellite was real fuzzy in and out. Even stranger was in Platte City Mo but weather alerts kept cutting in from Texas.

This establishment is managed in an utterly unprofessional manner, with staff displaying a shocking lack of basic courtesy and customer service skills. One particular staff member, a short, overweight white female, was especially unpleasant. Her handling of customer conflicts was dismal, showcasing a complete deficiency in conflict resolution skills. Moreover, her conversations with colleagues were highly unprofessional, including inappropriate personal disclosures about her dating history with Hispanic men and struggles with basic English grammar.Another staff member I encountered was equally abrasive and uncooperative. Despite clear evidence, including transaction timestamps and bank statements displayed on my phone, she adamantly denied double-charging my card. Instead of rectifying the situation, she chose to argue and deflect blame. Adding to the incompetence, she failed to refund the incidental charges from a previous transaction.This experience was thoroughly dissatisfying, and I am taking action by notifying the Missouri State Attorney General's office to investigate this consumer fraud. I fully intend to leverage my social media and review platforms like Yelp to warn others about this establishment's poor business ethics and appalling customer service. The lack of professionalism and integrity exhibited by the staff reflect poorly on the hotel, and I urge the management to address these issues promptly.
