The front desk lady told me there could only be 2 adults or I had to pay an extra fee. The hotel hallways were dirty and extremely dusty. The room was super outdated. The indoor pool was closed and under construction which was one of the reasons I chose.

The location was convenient, and there was luckily plenty of parking and food options nearby.

EVERYTHING ELSE. The manager was rude, the check-in process terrible... Our room had two small (European square-style) pillows and when we called for more, were told we that wasn't allowed. We also had one sheet and one top sheet, no comforter or extra blankets. I have stayed at PLENTY of crummy spots but this was the worst of them. And only $10 cheaper than a competitor next door that's significantly better. OH, and the breakfast was a joke, as was the cleanliness of the shower.

Convenient to airport and KC area. Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the comfort and size of the room.
Negatives:
Better selection of fruits and healthy options. Breakfast was insufficient. Very few choices, and poor nutrition. You need better and more food available. For example, I was up at 6 a.m. to check out the breakfast and there were only 3 yogurts in the refrigerator. They didn't last long. No bananas or other fruit, except apples.
