I really enjoyed the comfort of it all. The kitchen size was small but cozy just enough. I loved the futon and bed, as well as the amazing lighting. It was very home feeling. I loved cooking my own meals even 6 hours from home. It was a beautiful place to stay.
Negatives:
We ended up buying our own mop and broom and house shoes because our feet turned black from the floor.
It definitely dropped temp at night, so I had to make sure the heat was at least 4+° higher than what I was aiming for, or we woke up freezing. The remote didn't work very well at all. The front desk helped us make it work better than before but was a hassle 100% (with a 5 year old and little to no tv..... I'm sure you can imagine) The balcony area has rusted nails all over it. Made me happy the sliding door didn't open.

Convenient. Easy access to main roads. The amount of space in the room . Beautiful layout . definitely rebook when we visit again . Hotel staff . Cannot say enough . Helpful, friendly and really cared about its patrons . Customer service a 10!

Friendly front desk help. I was appreciative that when I came with complaints, she was kind and handled the situation well.
Negatives:
Exterior of the building was filthy. Empty containers, trash blowing around, tape on hand rails, it was an absolute mess. The room we first tried was non-smoking. It had been smoked in, as evidenced by the smell and ash laying on most surfaces. It obviously hadn't been touched at all by a housekeeper, as there was cigarette ash on the nightstand, the sheets, the couch, and the counter. It was also full of water damage, and they had taped the veneer back onto the furniture. The next room had a lock not working, it was also dirty, and so I had to go to the front desk and request a refund, which they did furnish. It was just a wild experience for me, I have always had great luck with springfield hotels, but this place was an absolute dump.

Well there was construction everywhere that was not listed. None of the amenities that were listed even existed. The TVs didn’t work in the room. THE ROOM HAD ROACHES I GOT PICTURES OF. There’s a 200 dollar deposit you are unaware of until you check in. There are people sleeping their cars in the parking lot. Literally the worse place I have ever stayed. Cannot believe they charged me as much as I did for a horrible stay.
