One metal soap dish on shower wall (room 203) needs attention, fixture has come away from shower wall and has film accumulated in that area.

The air conditioning quit midway through the first night that we had reserved. The weather in Springfield that week was over 100 every day the hotel staff failed to get the air conditioning back on told me that it was on even though it hadnt been on for 12 hours and the room was stuffy and hot and the thing werent going to do anything about it until the next day and they didnt have another room to put us in. At that point I demanded my money back and a refund for the first night and we move down the street to Drury Inn.

I saw I was charged $251.50 on 2 credit cards and asked the front desk lady if it will drop off after pending, she said it would- almost trying to give us the easiest answer. so, after pending- both charges went through and Ive had to take time away from our vacation to deal with their charges and it still has not been reversed. Not happy with this.

Pool was not open. (This was the reason we chose this hotel) Paid Parking, Room was dirty had dust in areas. Staff woke us up at 9:30am for a check out a 11:00. Bathtub Dripped. Loud concert down the street kept us up. They did not have our reservation.
