The air conditioning quit midway through the first night that we had reserved. The weather in Springfield that week was over 100° every day the hotel staff failed to get the air conditioning back on told me that it was on even though it hadn’t been on for 12 hours and the room was stuffy and hot and the thing weren’t going to do anything about it until the next day and they didn’t have another room to put us in. At that point I demanded my money back and a refund for the first night and we move down the street to Drury Inn.
