Negatives: The whole place was crappy

Negatives: It was terrible wasn't able to stay it was so bad. They said they'd refund me and I still haven't received it. Went to the hotel down the road and it was good

Negatives: I asked for a receipt and was told one would be sent y my email. I did not receive it. I need it for taxes.okay.

Negatives: Holes (multiple) in the walls, no tv remote. I asked for extra blankets when I made the reservation a month or two in advance, and did not receive. As mentioned, I made a reservation a month or two in advance with specific requests: Late check in as we were driving from out of town; I gave them a specific range of time when I'd get there, non-smoking, 2 beds, extra blankets. When I checked in, they said, "first come, first served" and did not have a room with 2 beds available. the room I was put in was said to have recently been renovated. uh, no! I couldn't sleep due to smoke smell. There was no coffee in the room. the bathroom faucet was only a trickle. The front door had to use force to open instead of just opening. There was a homeless person sleeping on the grass on the side of the driveway to the hotel. Unfortunately, I was glad to leave.

Negatives: Location was horrible. Homeless people all over the place. Motel was not very clean and I had 3 tv channels along with a remote that didn’t work very good.

Negatives: Room smelled heavy of pinesol and urine. The smoke detector was not on the wall and had not been for a very long time due to the dust accumulated. The air/heat conditioner was pulled apart. Drug addicts came right up to us after we got to the room on the second floor. I felt very uncomfortable and had a bad feeling about the couple who came up to my husband and then looked inside the room at me. We left immediately after that.

Negatives: The room was damaged all over the place. Sink tub, felt very unsafe.

Negatives: No heavy blankets on beds Had lights in my room that didn’t work Tub was filthy

Negatives: I have stayed at this location numerous times over the years and always had a relaxing stay. It really is sad how my last 3 visits have had issues. This time it was the nice flat screen TV would only show 5 channels from Dish. A smoking room didn't have even one ashtray . My last stay my blow dryer blew a breaker ( first time ever) and it was fixed until 4 hrs later. So cold outside with no heat or lights. Will I go back...undecided
