The hotel is aged but currently under renovations. The most difficulty I had was with the heating in the room; the temperature would never rise above 67°F even though I left the thermostat at 75°F to try to warm the room.

We booked a room with a fridge & microwave. Cause my Wife is diabetic & needs her Insulin refrigerated. When we arrived the room (we booked) was not available & we were given a room (they stated was similar). Instead, we received a room with a "NO" Fridge or microwave, the Curtain was broken, the Toilet ran nonstop, the light (above the front door) was flickering, and the 2 (table) lamps each had a bulb out. The room rug was dirty. Had to request "twice" to receive clean towels. We advise the front desk of all our issues. after an hour of waiting, we only received the fridge. For the 4 days & nights (we were there) none of the other issues were taken care of. Wasn't informed of the (on-site) construction. (Due to that) parking was "very" limited & the $15 (per day) fee to park at the hotel (wasn't disclosed when booking the room.)
