The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The rooms are a good size and offer great amenities.

The pool was a little cold, could have been warmer. Our fold out couch didnt have a sheet or blankets and we had no extra pillows. I had to ask a few times to get some brought to the room.

Outstanding customer service, wonderful hot breakfast, loved the 24-7 coffee kiosk, comfortable rooms with fully stocked kitchenette, close to all the good tourist attractions, excellent price for the stay
Negatives:
One of the exercise machines in the fitness center was broken, so we took turns using other one. This is the most minor thing, but we really wanted a full workout in the mornings.
