The staff, from front desk, house keeping and the mod that I meant went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend to others looking for a reasonably priced, clean, quick free breakfast, close to the airport.

We very much enjoyed our stay.
Positives:
The beds are very comfortable. The phone lines were down and none of the shuttles at the airport knew of this hotel which made it difficult to get to it.

Positives:
Called them about 5pm to cfm reservation since I was arriving at midnight. They said they would hold the reservation and just to call when I got to the airport for shuttle pick-up. The number was some guy saying I had reached his mobile office and to leave a message. It was NOT the motel. So, at about 1 a.m. I went hunting for another place to stay. I was more than dissappointed....I was a bit ticked.

I was not aware that you had to request turn down service. Usually it is standard at every hotel. I stayed 4 nights, and I did not get new sheets or towels, and I had to go buy toilet paper at Wal-Mart.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful right down to the security man. My 5yr and I stayed there and one evening we came in from being out. My 5yr old had been playing earlier that day at the park and hurt his leg. At about 2am he woke crying so I had to take him to the ER. When we came down the security guy saw I was having a hard time getting my son to the car so he actually picked him up and carried him to the car for me. He was still there when we got back he even helped us then. I just felt welcomed and as if I was out of town even though I was staying right at the local hotel in my hometown! That kind of kindness you just dont see here in STL often. St. Louis Airport Hotel to me is just like staying at the Ritz Carlton
