Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good as far as continental breakfast goes. Morning attendant at breakfast was so kind and helpful to all of our team. Hotel was in fact downtown but located in a dangerous part of town

Pool was filthy. Rooms smelled so bad, carpets were dirty. Hotel could definitely use renovations and updates. I needed towels on my final day and couldnt get any. Had to go down 3 times even after asking for them to be brought to my room

The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. The food was good. The hotel's location was convenient, but in an area that seemed run down.

The front staff was unfriendly. Our room was dirty - dead bugs smashed on the walls. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The refrigerator was making a loud clunking noise.

Dirty clothes left in the room from precious guests when we checked in and cleaning staff took kids Xbox.
