The breakfast was very good lots of options. Very close to union station and the wheel. Room was clean very spacious. Used the pool it was very nice a little cold but nothing you can get used to

The property all around was great! The free breakfast had so many different options to choose from. All the staff were so kind and helpful! Location was great no far drive to anything we visited! My kiddos loved the pool! They have a bar on the first floor, and offer laundry services!

We went up to our room and someone else's luggage was in the room. So instead of having the 2 bedroom suite for our family of 6. We was put in two hotel rooms. So our family vacation wasn't very family.... then 3 days later one of the staff said they was moving us rooms. Which did not happen. We have 4 kids 15 and under.

we had some issues through the stay. Our main problem was the noise that was coming from the freezer, our icemaker made a very loud whine our whole stay, we ended up unplugging our fridge through the night so we could sleep. The other problem was our phone didn't work, so anytime we needed anything g or to relay our issues we had to walk down to the front desk everytime.
