Negatives: We have a refrigerator that was not working. They bought another one, it freeze our milk can change the temperature on refrigerator. We have Cockroach in room.

Negatives: They were in the middle of remodeling so there was a lot of debris and cluttered hallways. Also our fridge wasnt working properly so we let them know about it.

Negatives: The air conditioner was not cold

Negatives: The only thing we didn't really like were the double beds rather than queen. We knew this when we booked, unfortunately there weren't a lot of other options at the time. We were willing to deal with the tight sleeping space, but after a couple of nights we ended up having to move hotels because it just wasn't comfortable.

Negatives: I didn't like that the pictures of the hotel on the website were deceiving. Lobby looked kind of nice, but very, very hot. No ac in the lobby. The staff was nice at check-in. The luggage cart had a flat tire, so it was difficult to push. Steping into the hallway, the carpet is like 80 years old. It looks dirty, and it has loose lumpy ripples. Not safe for elderly or handicapped people. Still, we proceeded because needing to be updated and dirty are two different things. Plus, I can't get my money back from booking.com unless I cancel ahead of time. We get to our room. It's hot, and it smelled musty, like maybe dog, and old stale smoke. But, turning the ac on helped the smell a lot. The bathroom was big, which is very nice. There were burn marks on the sink and tub. The chalking around the toilet and bathtub needs to be redone. However, the bathroom looked clean. There were no signs of bed bugs or anything of the sort. We had just traveled 14 hours by car so we were so happy for a bed. The carpet in the sleeping area looked nasty. But, wearing white socks to walk around, they stayed white. So, it must have been cleaner than it looked. My elderly mother enjoyed the recliner, it was a definite plus . The kitchen had a full fridge and it was clean. It had a lot of rust, but very clean. There is a stove and even a dishwasher. The kitchen was furnished with dishes and towels, too. The bed was obviously noisy, springy and old. But, not too bad for sleeping. The second night my adult son untucked the blankets from the mattress footing to be able to move more freely. When he did that TWO BLACK DRESS SOCKS FELL OUT OF THE BLANKETS, these were NOT HIS SOCKS!!!! The next morning, we checked out! We had planned to stay an extra day, but was so grossed out! When we went to the front desk, and told them the guy was apologetic and surprised. We had to wait on the manager in the hot lobby for some time about the last night refund.

Negatives: I could tell that they were doing work to the facility. The room I was in the recliner was bent and very well used the sofa bed was not comfortable some of the springs werent attached to the bottom fabric I had to modify it and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling
