Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind. Parking was convenient.

The room was over priced for the experience. They had no extra pillows. I was able to get 2 extra towels but that was literally all. The hotel was not busy during our visit, yet they had no extra anything available. Tv continued to go out. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I had to clean the bathtub before use. It appeared to have some kind of stain splattered on the bathroom wall. Only 1 of our key cards worked. The pool was not open & looked to have been closed for quite some time before our arrival.

Spiders...in the door frame as I opened the door for the first time AND in the shower curtain. Room felt rundown...bathroom door had holes in it, the toilet rocked when you sat down, the desk chair had tears in the seat and was worn out on the edges.

Positives:
I only ate a couple muffins as I don't eat that early and we had to finish our trip home, but muffins were good. I have to walk with a cane and we were originally set up to use a second floor room, but when the hotel saw I was using a cane he gave me a 1st floor room.
