We had a reservation and when we went to check in they cancelled our reservation without an explanation and Iam still waiting on my $99.72 refund and it's been way over 10 days I can't believe places like that can take your money after they cancel a reservation without any explanation at all of why they cancelled it.Iam highly upset I should had my refund by now I might have to get a lawyer..DO NOT GO TO QUALITY INN IN ST ROBERT MO THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY CHARGED ME A 200 DEPOSIT THE FIRST TIME I STAYED AND I ONLY GOT $100 BACK THEY SAID THE REST WENT TO THE HOISE KEEPERS FOR HAVING TO CLEAN THE ROOM WELL ISN'T THAT THEIR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE....TO CLEAN THE ROOM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND OUT OF YOUR MONEY
