There is black mold in the bathroom and the whole room smelled like mold/mildew. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I found toe nail clippings all over the carpet between the two beds.

They treated my dog like she was family. Pet owners have a designated floor. The entire staff was accommodating. Shout out to the hotel manager who seemed to be working day and night.

For the most part it was clean. Shower stall is beginning to show age and stains from age and shower curtain rods are dirty and rusty.

I was locked out of my room prior to 11a.m. and had to make several trips back and forth to front desk to fix my card. The woman morning desk clerk grunts, groans, and complains. The slamming of laundry/storage doors all hrs. Staff smoking pot at entrance
