Refrigerator rattled all night and I finally unplugged it. Had The Do Not Disturb sign on the door and the cleaning guy banged on the door anyway. Checkout is 11 a.m. and our keycard was deactivated at 9.

The spa tub was dirty. When I spoke with the front desk they told me it wasn't. Only after I INSISTED it was dirty did they send someone. I pointed the dirt and grime to the person they sent and he proceeded to wet a piece of tissue and wipe the stain. completely unsanitary and horrible customer service. then they turned my water off without notice. Then when it came back on it was brown.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood it was so hard. Breakfast was not worth staying for. The menu featured biscuits and gravy. Which was frozen then cooked in the microwave. The biscuits were very dry and stale, the gravy was very bland. It was not worth the increased cost of the room.

Good size room. Had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Instant hot water in the shower!

Pretty outdated and worn. No plug in the bathroom sink. Thin walls. Halls smelled like “skunk”.
