Positives: I had the bad fortune to be given room 117. Room 117 is at the end of the hall beside the exterior door, which slams constantly. Its also next-door to the stairs and you can hear people up and down constantly. Wont be back.

Negatives: I called to complain about this, and the woman offered to move me. That was kind of her, but I had already taken a bath and was exhausted from delayed travel. I thought I could power through and that was a mistake. There was no rest for me that night.
