Positives: I liked the friendly staff and location close to down town
Negatives: If your restaurant was open. It used to be great. I know it's hard finding workers.

Positives: Room size and bed were good.
Negatives: Lack of power outlets that stay on with the light or being informed the power outlets by the bed shut off with the light switch.

Positives: What I liked about the property was that if you weren’t the local and you were coming through like I was you noticed that it did not look like a travelers resting place and to be in the middle of what they would have to be there now. Downtown is refreshing you don’t have locals and mingling with you know the travelers and vice versa, that’s what I like about the property public yet secluded
Negatives: What I didn’t think about the property is probably the lighting that they do have plenty of it at night just if it were laid out differently I believe customers would be able to benefit from the lighting over just saying that the business has lighting if you catch my drift

Positives: On the plus side, they have private parking, and the hotel staff was exceptionally kind and courteous.
Negatives: Very nice staff, exceedingly poor lodgings. We stayed at the Dude Rancher while attending a large athletic event in Billings, MT. In all my years of travel, I've never stayed at a property in worse shape. The room (double queen) was small and unclean, the bathrooms were gross, and the metal panel/cover of the heating unit was not affixed to it - merely leaning against it, and you can hear literally every door in the unit being opened and closed at all hours of the night/early morning. We paid for two nights but ended up only staying one. Whoever does their online marketing does a good job, as the pictures they post belie the reality of the state of decay going on there. This property needs a complete remodel, as my kids' college dorms were far better kept than this property.

Positives: Friendly staff and great overall experience. We definitely plan to stay there again as we travel there often for medical requirements.
Negatives: I really have nothing to complain about, but I am looking forward to them re-opening their restaurant. It has been closed, but it was shared that they plan to open it again in the future.
