Booked a queen suite but was given a double queen at same cost, no price reduction (not certain if there would have been a difference but when i booked i think i remember there was). No crib or pack n play available for infant children.

Having a microwave in the room is awesome. Everything is clean and spotless. Quiet, comfortable. Staff are friendly.

Location is technically walkable from downtown, but it's not the nicest walk.

Clean, comfortable (small) room. Decent location off the interstate but no outside noise made it into the room.
Negatives:
The wall-mounted AC/heat was obnoxious. It would come and run for a few minutes about 4-5 times per hour and it was very loud every time. Breakfast was limited to the ubiquitous make-it-yourself waffles, toast or pastries, two kinds of cold cereal, yogurt or hard boiled eggs.

Breakfast was fine. Coffee was extraordinary! Your cleaning crew was great - friendly and accommodating. My husband and I stayed at Microtel years ago when we first came to Bozeman. We had a great stay. Ronnie and Robin are exceptional young women; if I still had active businesses I’d hire them away! Thanks for a great stay!

I was disappointed that the hot tub and pool were out of order. I was having trouble booking online and the receptionist wouldn’t honor the price and insisted that they had to fully book online. After booking she told me that the hot tub wasn’t working :(
