The bathroom had paint chipped off all over. Mold on the wall and ceiling. Mold and rust in the vent. No fire alarm in the ceiling. Hot tub was greenish Water parkwas a slide.

The facility was old & smelt like cigarettes. The pool was dirty & the water was freezing. The place was not like the Holiday Inn what Im used to seeing & staying at. Was disappointed in the stay. However, that staff was courteous.

We wanted a nice place to relax after a long drive and a clean fun place for the kids to swim.

The staff was amazing and super friendly and helpful. Everyone from maintenance and room staff to front desk. Loved them and the fact that they all love dogs.
