The room wasn’t cleaned by the time I checked in. There was damage to the window and door. The hot tub was cold. When I booked I thought I was getting a ground floor room with private entrance and did not get that. Overnight staff was rude. The shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were empty. Inside of the microwave was dirty. There were stuff that I wasn’t sure wasn’t blood on the bathroom wall by the trash can. Overall wasn’t what I was expecting to pay almost $140 for.

clean room, safe location, comfy beds - quite soft , just FYI. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved that there was a power bar on the night stand to accommodate both of our phone chargers.

Hotel needs some updating, curtains did not cover windows enough, carpet was torn, but was clean.

The hotel portion was newly redone.
Negatives:
When arrived was given a motel room. Room smelt of old cigarette smoke, found lots of random hairs in one bed and green substance in the other bed when I pulled back the sheets. Called the front desk he was happy to upgrade us to the main hotel for an additional fee. Was asked when checked in if we wanted breakfast coupons for the restaurant from 7-11, when in actual fact breakfast was only available until 10.
