The heater in the room was not working very well, the bathroom door was loose, and the breakfast was a waffle, nothing else, coffee was there but only powdered creamer, it looks as if the off season is a low key time for them.

Was somewhat quiet during the nighttime sleeping hours. Price was reasonable.
Negatives:
Soda machine was completely empty and water had poor taste and wouldn't get cold as I was unable to locate an ice machine or staff to assist . Stood at front seat waiting to check in for nearly 45 minutes. Was charged an extra $200 deposit on my card and was reassured that I would see it credited back before I left the building. Over 24 hours later I still haven't seen my deposit credited back to my account

It was a fine stay. Our bathroom door was not workin, and the maintenance guy came quickly and worked hard to fix it. The price was Amazing!

The price was very good but then again there were literally minimal amenities too. Room clean and comfortable. Bed good.

Noisey as hell on the back side! The hotel is surrounded by highways so not much to be done now. Room had spackle all over the walls from repairs and noone bothered to paint them. 1 tiny trash can. Small changes would make a big difference. Clerk was new and didn't know how to use the computer system. No breakfast and covid signs up blaming it for the reason. Gotta get over that! It was 4 years ago! Get a vaccine! Price was very good though.

The location was good, very near the shopping area which was especially good for the season. The room had good overall space in the main area and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
It was extremely irritating that the wifi wasn't working and it was down for the entire stay. This was frustrating and made it difficult to connect with necessary people. There were no updates or explanations as to what was happening. Very poor customer service overall. The heater was very loud after about 2 hours of use so it needed to be turned off at night.

The front desk lady was very helpful. she also was super nice and friendly. They kept the lobby super clean and presentable.

Their system kept going down so you couldn't pay with a card. The rooms needed a little updating but to be totally honest with you. Nowadays with the economy it was perfect for the price. As they say you get what you pay for.
