It was okay other than the shower drain.

Booked the room through booking agency online for a good discount. At check in hotel couldn't find my reservation or lied about it and kept insisting I cancel and book directly through hotel. I called booking agency and they recommended the same. I ended up being charged twice the amount, after 30 minutes of dealing with it. Hotel room appeared to be clean but even the bed sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed in a long time. Hotel was busy and there was no parking. For the same price I could've stayed at a better hotel just down the street.

There was a hair in my son's bed. The floor needed vacuuming. The pool didn't work. There was a water boil advisery. Breakfast was basically cleaned out by 9 when we went for some. Asked for bagels and the server brought some. They were good!
