The bed in the "disabled" room was ridiculously high. I had to lift my Mom into it. I couldn't even get in without climbing up into it. They need lower beds to accommodate wheelchair guests!

The people that worked there were cheerful and helpful. They could not have been nicer to work with. That goes a long ways.

Bedspread/duvet was very thin. It's worth investing in the thicker, more durable ones without the thin blanket underneath. This is the first thing I look for when I shop for hotels. Gotta have the white, clean duvet. It's an indicator of cleanliness.
