Positives:
I love the downtown location of this hotel. We have stayed here many times and had great experiences.
Negatives:
The last few times we have stayed, the pool temperature has gotten increasingly colder. This time the hot tub was only 90 degrees. To beat all, we got up in the morning to no hot water. Not a fan of cold showers.

The staff was so unfriendly. they would have 2-4 people behind the desk with no customers and myself or others would walk by and they NEVER spoke or greeted ANYONE. I never received a hello, good morning, good night, They ignored every person

Room was not real clean and furniture beat up and dated. There was a free standing air conditioner hooked up to the sliding door off the balcony that was on the atrium. Because of this the room was super noisy, could hear everything hay out in the atrium.

I had previously called to make sure a shuttle would be available even at our late arrival time at MSO of 11:40pm, and that was confirmed. However, when we arrived I was told that no shuttle was available. That was really disappointing as I had a long travel day with an infant and had to make a plan B.

Very thin walls + very noisy guests did not make a very good night sleep. I tried to call main desk to speak to the noisy guests but I could not reach anybody. There is also no complimentary coffee/tea available in reception.
