The location was great. The room was spacious and well furnished. I enjoyed having a hot breakfast. And the free ski bus to the mountain stopped right at the hotel!

I'm not sure where to begin 1 week before trip emailed property for top floor - no response.
When ✔️ing in requested top floor & was told nothing available;however, there was only 11 vehicles in parking lot overnight with 3 floors of rooms.
Property is in need of upgrades & repairs with a deep cleaning
The noise of the upstairs people was no stop walking back & forth constantly all evening until wee hours of morning & again in the am. Will never stay again.
