We were not told the pool was being serviced and unavailable. I always pick a hotel with a pool for my daughter. We were allowed to visit a pool at another hotel a little over a mile away but it was 33 degrees outside. Not a great resolution. I would have chosen another hotel or asked for a lower rate.

We booked two rooms and when we got there they only had one. With only one bed. We had seven people and the sleeping plans were awful. Water park… the hattub didn’t work.

Your hotel advertises a pool, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The pool is closed indefinitely. That should have been advertised and the price taken off our room.

We arrived tired. The staff member who checked us in was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. There was a sign apologizing for any inconvenience while remodeling. But we were not bothered at all.
Negatives:
The room was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Everything was as expected. When we checked out we had another friendly staff member to see us off.
