Negatives: They had bed bugs so we refused to stay

Negatives: Very outdated rooms. Noticed if you shut the door on my room it didnt close properly. I had to lift on the handle to make it actualy latch...Coke machine out of order.

Negatives: The air conditioning was not working properly and it was in the 100s outside The room was only cleaned once during my.stay. There was no cold beverage except milk for cereal to drink.

Negatives: Smelly rooms, mold on the ceilings, walls, and a/c units

Negatives: was dirty, had bugs, tv didn’t work, no vending machines, staff did not speak or understand English. it was so bad I didn’t stay the night. The room smelled of stale smoke. It was awful.

Negatives: A/c needs to be replaced, and toilet didn't flush very good, room needed more lights

Negatives: Upon arrival, the outside building siding was missing, several first floor AC units were hanging unsupported and window frames bent or missing. The parking lot had discarded trash and large tree limbs with pooling water (large amount) in the back parking lot. Inside the front desk area was overly warm, but the reception desk lady was very nice and polite. We gave our confirmation info and walked to the second floor room. Once inside the room the AC was set on 61 degrees, but the room was overly warm. The carpet was worn & had several very large stains. The smoke detector was missing and the wires hanging. At this point we called for a change of room. The receptionist said they only had 1 room available and it had not been serviced by housekeeping. (at 4:30pm) We asked or a refund and the nice receptionist reversed the check in, but said the charges come from the 3rd party Booking.com.
