Negatives:
When we got up in the morning to shower we were kind of on a time crunch. But when we got in the shower the drain was slow and the tub filled as we showered

The breakfast was lovely. The room was fine.

The bed was as hard as a rock. I didn't appreciate having to pay for parking.

Rooms are fantastic, albeit a bit noisy with sounds from the atrium. Great location. Breakfast food was wonderful.

The morning omelette cook needs to go. He may be a wonderful cook, but has no business interacting with guests. Witnessed him being flat out rude to multiple guests in line who didn't communicate the way he wanted them to. Extremely unprofessional.

Had to pay for parking through a 3rd party app, room was ok but not as nice as other places I’ve stayed in the area. Breakfast was mediocre, granted it was a Sunday/Monday.

Evening staff, particularly a woman, was quite rude. Bedding did not look clean and there was a dirty towel left in the sink upon our arrival. Parking is an extra charge.

bathtub had black long hair in the tub/shower wall and a small black hair ball(human) stuck on the comforter, no clock and the iron board almost collapsed. Elevators were trashed, I did report it

The room is spacious. The complementary happy hour and snacks is great. The made it order breakfast was delicious.
Negatives:
Called before and was told there is a hot tub with the pool. There is no hot tub. Pool needs cleaned better. Have to ask the staff for a specific key to use the fitness room.

the price was good for a two room suite and made to order omelet ad two complimentary drinks.

The tissue box had 2 tissues in it. We had to go back down to get our welcome bag. Have carts available to use for luggage.
