Positives:
The hotel was very quiet. Even with my room directly across from the elevator, I did not hear any noise. The location was very convenient and had quick, easy interstate access. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
Negatives:
The bathroom could have been cleaned better as there was hair in the shower and sink. None of the lights in the bedroom portion of the suite were plugged in, so we did have to take care of finding the outlets and plugging everything in with cell phone flashlights. Those were not major deterrents and I would stay again.

Very tired property. Chips and rust in the tub, bathroom door was not hung properly so would not close and was so damaged it needed to be replaced. Woke up to ants crawling all over the desktop.

The breakfast was minimal and they were out of cofee
Negatives:
I was charged a $100 fee in addition to the regular room fee that I am now fighting to get back. This is completely unacceptable and fraudulent!!!!
Also, the key card did not work and I had to have it reactivated numerous times, which was extremely frustrating. When I went to the front desk no one was there then they would come out from the back on their phones like I was an inconvenience.
