The breakfast was awesome. Location downtown is perfect.

We had a res. for 2 queen beds, when we checked in the room only had 1 bed. They had over booked, didn't care that we had no beds.

I've been to a few Embassy suites and the one in Lincoln was by far my best experience. From the cleanliness to how helpful the staff were and the price I definitely will book another room in the future.

Location is ideal if you are attending a football game or other event in downtown Lincoln.

The hotel is definitely do for a makeover. I have been staying at this hotel since it opened decades ago. I don't think it has changed a bit since Day 1.
Positives:
The service was great. We used room service for our meal on Friday night, it was delicious.
Negatives:
It was disappointing to see black mold in the shower and sink. There was a stain on the duvet. I was surprised how out dated the hotel was.

Location, design, breakfast included. Cool Elevators with Nebraska "Go Big Red" Internal Restaurant and Bar available for convenience, the food we ordered was above average.
Negatives:
The staff, the are not well trained, not present for guests. Entry into the hotel is difficult because of the Valet company. It is unclear where one can temporarily park to unload and load when checking in and out of the hotel.
