Positives: The location-easy to get to, cleanliness-was clean and even smelled clean from the moment you entered the hotel, price-affordable, free breakfast-biscuits and gravy, waffles, fruit, little Debbie snacks and staff-polite and very helpful... all wonderful.

Negatives: Nothing - have had a great stay every time we've been here. It is the hotel we stay at each time on our trips to and from Denver (3 or 4 x's a yr)

Positives: Nothing the price was to high for the conditions of the motel.

Negatives: It smelled like marijuana in the whole building. They need to do a lot of repairs in the building. The water wouldnt shut off completely. The bathroom door wouldnt close. We will not be staying there again.
