It was clean.
Negatives:
The places to sit (sofa, kitchen chairs) were very uncomfortable. The breakfast area was small. Limited breakfast options and there was no milk. The staff were very unhelpful. The maids did not replenish toilet paper or make the beds. We found out we needed a form to request service. We did not have one in our room. We told the maid and she did what we requested. However, we never got a form to fill out so nothing was done. I had to call at 3:09 am to get toilet paper because we did not have an extra roll. The front desk did not want to bring it up because they were told not too. All I can say is ?????

We liked the pool hours until midnight.
Negatives:
Our room wasn't very clean, hair in the sink, the fridge smelled very bad and the facility in general seemed run-down. There also is absolutely no parking in the entire front of the building for anyone but gold or platinum members or individuals with a handicap parking sticker. Parking in the back of a building in the dark of night didn't seem safe and it just didn't make sense with all the empty spots in the front. We definitely won't be staying there ever again.
