Paid for a queen size got to the room it was a full. Went down to staff and show what we booked was a queen. They swore to me the room we had was a queen. Wouldn’t even come to look. Only thing the offered was to spend more money for “double queens” We then went out and bought a tape measure it came out to 54 not 60 inch a queen should be. Deff false advertising

Negatives:
When I got to my room, bed had not been made, and sheets had not been changed. I called the front desk and she came and changed them quickly. She apologized for the inconvenience and time.
