we called ahead telling of our late arrival. we waited 15 minutes for desk clerk to awaken. he gave us room key for another guests room. when we did get our room, there were used washcloths hanging on the curtain. after telling mgt, they shrugged.
Positives:
I have never felt more welcome at a hotel than at the Quality Inn. The owners operate this hotel as if it were their own home. It was clean, quiet and excellent value for the money. I will definitely stay here when I am in McCook again.

The office staff was great and very kind. The location is convenient and in a safe area
Negatives:
There was a huge gap between the door and the frame on the bottom where you could see a large amount of light shining through. The TV was messed up and distorted the picture on the screen to where you couldn't watch it. You could hear all the movements of the people on the floor above. In addition, for a pet friendly motel, you are charged a fee for having your pet where most pet friendly places do not have additional charges.
