Positives: Newly renovated room and did not have a blow dryer set up yet. Floors were done nicely and well for a pet room (no carpet just a nicely done flooring suitable for a pet). Staff was accommodating giving us a first floor room even though they were not quite done with the fixtures being set up.

Negatives: Couldn't turn the heat down in the room. It was cold and snowy outside but the room temp was too warm even though the temp was set for cooler than what we desired.

Positives: The bed was comfortable

Negatives: The shower/bath had hair all over it when we arrived along with the sink. The room smelled all 3 nights of nasty mildew, musty. The heater small like it was burning the whole time. We weren’t greeted well. NO BREAKFAST OR POOL/HOTTUB. But still pricy. Our room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there. Our keys quit working after one day.
