Positives:
Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Definitely an aging hotel but with that being said for the price you pay it is a gold mine. People that work and own it are awesome.

Just an aging motel. If youre ok with that aspect it is awesome.

Overall run down hotel. Bedding and bathroom cleaned sufficiently but everything else was not great. Floors/carpet, walls, and other areas could use a very deep clean. There was a toilet bowl sitting in the corner of the pool area.

Breakfast on the weekends not early enough. There was someone in the parking lot at 4:00 am playing their radio boom box loud enough to vibrate the window in our room at 4:00 am. So we got up and left.

The first time was all star rating. We loved it so much we booked for this date for our way home.

This trip was for my sons funeral. Booking for this date for the way back was an error on my behalf. Thinking was not clear. We were too far away and never made it there. Hotel refused a refund.
Positives:
Easy to access the hotel from the highway, and breakfast was great, all the equipment worked well, the food was good, there was offerings other than waffles (i.e. the biscuits and gravy, oh my yummy goodness)

The brown carpet felt... dirty, but the beds were outstanding so that overcame the initial "oh my god I hope I don't get pinkeye or tetnis" dread.

Tried to charge extra for children in room with parents. 5 and 9 yr Olds.manager rude. Think staff might have been charging for kids and pocketing the money.
