I like that it was a beautiful place and decorated and one of the staff members was so polite.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that our room wasn't very clean, the sink was dirty and sticky, you could tell the floor hadn't been swept and the hot tub was broken. The website should have said hot tub temporarily down or something. The swimming pool was flaky on the side and bottom of the pool. And one of your staff members tried charging me an extra $100 for a tip. Also we only had enough coffee for one morning not the whole stay. Other wise we enjoyed our stay and had a good time. Just little things like that though should definitely be looked over or made sure rooms are clean.

After checking in we went to room to find out that entrance was outside. Rooms are old. I could feel air coming thru door frame. So, my husband and I went to service desk to ask to be moved. We were told that there were no available rooms. I even offered to pay extra, still she said all rooms were booked. I told her we would look around. We went to pool area to find out the hot tub was out of order and pool was looking pretty ruff. Paint was chipping off the bottom of pool. While we were in pool area we met the motel manager (Linda) and brought our complaints to her attention. She was very accommodating and told us she would upgrade our room. These rooms were nice. Remainder of our visit was nice.

The staff is so wonderful and friendly, the room was welcoming and clean. The room service changed our towels without being asked while we were away. The Dove toiletries is a great product!! The texting feature for direct contact to the staff is fantastic and very convenient for guests.
Negatives:
Our room had tile floor I understand the geography of the sand hills sand is everywhere :) a broom or a swifter for the guests to use during their stay is the only thing that could be better. Overall not an inconvenience at all the floor was clean upon arrival.
