Positives:
I liked how the room had a separate room attached so the kids could play and be loud and not bother other people
Negatives:
There was a couple issues with the room the towel holder was falling off the wall and the bathroom door was mounted upside down so the hooks on the door to hang towels on was next to the floor.

Spacious is about the only thing I can say. The staff was perhaps overly relaxed, but friendly.

Old, rundown, not super clean. Had a stain on my pillow, no blow dryer. Just needs to be remodeled badly.

Cockroaches, stench, sprayed feces in toilet, place was completely run down inside and out. Was moved to 3 different rooms for a 2 nights stay. I am not a difficult customer but this was about the worse place I have ever stayed at. Each problem I presented to them, they would move us to another room that in turn had another issue. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough Sunday.

Negatives:
There was no breakfast, pool was closed, no wifi for starters. The rooms was dirty and even had a bad smell not only that but the television did not work in the living room area.

Very horrible experience
Positives:
This property could be really nice, but it requires a big infusion of cash. There are water stains on the ceiling, the carpets need to be replaced and the decor needs a big update. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They made the most of what they have.
Negatives:
Areas outside building was littered with cigarette butts. The water stains and worn, stained carpeting. Needed new shower curtain, as there was mold.

It was a dump, no pool, no breakfast, No air conditioning, no toliet paper. The worst stay I can ever remember having.

Positives:
Staff/Services: The staff was slow but he was also the only person doing everything in the hotel. Apparently, he was the only person on staff that night, and that was a normal thing for the hotel.
Room: It was a good-sized room. You can tell from the style and furnishing of the room that this used to be a better, high-quality hotel.
Location & Parking: Plenty of parking but there as many potholes as they are parking spots :D. Not really close to anything.
Negatives:
Staff/Services: Hotel is severely understaff. No wifi, everything was broken when I was staying there.
Room: Room was comfy but old. Everything was in need of some updating or fixing.
Location & Parking: The hotel is kinda out of the way of things but not far. The parking lot is run down and the entire area just has the vibe of an abandoned hotel. It may be a great place for some B/C grade film to shoot a horror movie haha!
