Positives:
Location was fantastic!! Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. The price was great and this was a unplanned urgent trip, so I needed a cheap place to stay! If you aren't picky at all this is a good cheap place to stay!
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub are closed. No stairway to lobby! Elevator was broke staff stated " this happens all the time" while trying pry the doors open. I read the reviews and thought nah these people are just Karens that expect a cheap place to look like 5 star hotel lol I was wrong! The place has not been updated since opening. The wall paper is peeling and missing. The bedding was stained. The window was nice to look out but it didn't keep the cold out. The fridge didn't keep things cold. Everything in the room was old and dirty! The room doesn't match the pictures
