Got there the room was not cleaned, found a bug on the bed, there was no game room like was said vending machine not working good, when got to the hotel there was nothing said about 100 dollar deposit on booking.com. lounge was closed, and trash was not emptied while we we were there. Had to go ask for clean towels, and they said it would be 5 minutes and took over half an hour. And no spa like advertised.. There was no sign for where the weight room was, and it took a while to find it and a machine broken. Hand dryers in the bathroom by check in was not working.

The 3rd elevator door didn't open all the way so that didn't settle well. Halls smelled like weed. The stairwells were dirty floors looked like they haven't been mopped in months. And the housekeeper I know gets there papers in the morning which let's them know who has checked out or who will be. Checking out she came to our room didn't knock nor say housekeeping she tried to open our door at 8:20 in the morning which we had the safety lock on so she could open the door knowing check out is 11am. Very disappointed. There wasn't enough towels for a double queen room.

It’s looking a little worse for wear. Water damage on the wall in the hallway outside our room. Our door was hard to open.
