Trash, mattresses, construction, name of the hotel was different, when I called to ask questions they hung up on me. It looked unsafe; we did not end up staying there and had to book another hotel.

Under construction. No rooms on the 1st floor. Elevator doesn't work. Pools is not open, tvs in room No cable or satellite just static. Black mold in bathroom. Free breakfast was terrible hard as a rock bisctus or a waffle no other choice.

The location was the overall positive thing about this hotel. Secondly, the vending machine selection was plentiful and their prices were cheaper than any store. Also enjoyed the 10 slots gambling machines they have.

TV in room did not work. The room looked like it was rearranged by the previous tenants and wasn't put back by cleaning staff. Bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better. The hallways look like they get cleaned maybe once a month.

The front desk refused to give me any washcloths. I was given two towels in the room but nothing to dry my hands on. I can accept no phone in the room, and the TV didn't work, but to refuse me and my kid washcloths?!?! Who does that?!?!

The place was filthy. Our fridge was not plugged in. The T.V. was hooked up to nothing. The mirror was ripped off the wall and just propped up on the wall. Our key had to be reset on our second day. There was never anyone at the desk and we had to call the attendant phone to get service.

Dirty chair in the room coffee make didn't work breakfast was no milk no waffles frozen food

Stretched out surge protector between TV, microwave oven and refrigerator. No in roof single poor coffee maker. Table in room, NO chair. Bathroom tube, reglazed bathtub multiple times, looked dingy and dirty, patched ceiling from previous leak. Wet carpet coming from adjoining room under repair. Requested change of room, told there was nothing to change to, I arrived at 3:00 pm.
Would never recommend this location to another human.
