Negatives: The elevator broke down on us. The front lady said we had complimentary breakfast in the morning, but it cost $18.99/Person. The night staff was rude when we asked for the WiFi password. The bed was more hard and the blankets sucked.

Positives: Room was nice and clean . The floor we were on was super quite and had a nice view. The buffet for breakfast was expensive however my husband said everything on it was good and there was a variety of stuff to add to yogurt or oatmeal. Would stay again!

Negatives: Not a lot to eat at the lunch hour if your having a convention at the hotel and are time limited for lunch, so plan enough time in or plan to order in. With pick-up trucks there is a walk to the hotel that could be uncomfortable in cold
