Our beautiful Four Points by Sheraton Omaha Midtown Midtown is newly renovated under the Marriott name. Our contemporary welcoming style is created to appeal to all types of travelers whether you are here on a work assignment or spending time enjoying all that Omaha has to offer! Our spacious rooms are equipped with comfortable workspaces, high-speed wireless Internet access, flat-screen televisions where you can log into your favorite streaming services, ironing boards and irons, coffeemakers, and in-room safes. Our lobby is the focal point of the main floor as we have a large full-service bar and an on-site made-to-order restaurant-style breakfast. Positives:
Staff was very friendly. Not in the greatest neighborhood, but felt safe with fencing around property, secure access.
Negatives:
Booking.com website has almost every room listed with a balcony. There are only two rooms per floor, suites, that have a balcony. Not the fault of the property. I was unable to reach booking.com, but the wonderful woman at the desk did upgrade us. Shower could be warmer.

The pictures make the facility look far better then what it actually is. Location is good for downtown and UNMC.
Negatives:
Rooms are very old and out of date, lobby looks great though. Their restaurant and bar are closed and I think in our time there we only saw 4 cars staying. The lobby vending and food items for purchase was cleaned out of just not restocked. So makes me think there are very few people who actually stay.
